Referring to correspondence in the last
instance my letter No. 193 of the 29th. January, in the matter
of your Government's claim for the destitute K. A. Nylander's
passage money to Europe, I beg to inform you that now the Consul
General for Sweden in Shanghai informs me, that the claim can
neither be treated by him nor me. but that the same has to be
laid before the Swedish Government through H. B. M. Legation in
Stockholm.
